OOPS

Well, I messed up yesterday, I ate out for breakfast I had chicken biscuit, and hashbrown.  I also had chicken nachos for lunch.  I have to do better.  This weekend I going to buy foods for breakfast and lunch for next week.  Any suggestions...

Lunch

I'm so proud of myself today.  I took my lunch, normally I eat out everyday for lunch, however trying to eat better and save money as well.  I found it wasn't bad, I just had to prepare lunch the night before.  I also walked 1.3 miles today.  I also need to stay consistant with drinking the water.

Catch up

With much needed motivation from my groom, I completed 1 hip hop abs cd last evening.  Also, this morning we walked our subdivision twice (2.6 miles).  I think I'm on my way back on track.

The Same

I guess I need to make more changes.  I'm still at the same, and with my knee still being sore I haven't really been exercising.  At least I haven't gained back the 2 lbs.

TWO POUNDS

Yeah!  I lost 2 lbs, which is good considering it's that time of the month when I would normally weigh more.  I was so excited!  I also volunteered this evening at my daughter's school.  I was a server running around for 4 hours.  Yes, I got plenty of exercise..  I goal this month is going to be 18 more... I'm trying to lose 20 lbs.
