Wow! I've only been eating seafood as a source of meat since August 2011, who knew there was a name for it. I started off on a corporate fast with my church; I choose to give up all meat for 3 weeks. I decided to continue on and finally in October I decided to start eating fish.
Truly, I feel better; there are times that if I smell hot wings I do miss eating them. However, that was one of the main reasons I decided to stop eating meat. I would eat hot wings, 4-5 times a week, which means I had no control, not to mention the health aspect. So now I'm working on the Pepsi, in which I only have maybe 1 a week. Baby steps..
