Okay! It's been a while, but I'm still in the game. My current weight is 189 lbs., which I'm so happy I'm not back over 200 lbs. I haven't been posting, but I have been exercising regularly. Still working on my eating habits, and striving for more organization with meal preparation. Although, I'm not following the South Beach Diet, I find this article very helpful.
