BAD GIRL

Yes, It's been awhile! And that's because I haven't been doing what I set out to do.  Inspite of walking 3 miles last saturday, I got on the scale this morning and manage to gain 2 pounds.  I'm so disappointed in myself.  When am I going to keep my word/thought of losing 40 lbs by September 18th?  So today I walked 2 1/2 miles.  I will start back drinking my water tomorrow.... Nothing beats a failure but a try, as I can still hear my mother say....

New target date

Okay, okay, okay.... I confess, I haven't been exercising, nor eating healthy.  However, I can admit that I have a problem with consistency.  I have a desire to do better, I just have to make the decision to follow through.  Okay my next target date is September 18th  which is my wedding anniversary.  I need to take measurements and weight again.  Hopefully I didn't add any pounds.....

OOPS

Well, I messed up yesterday, I ate out for breakfast I had chicken biscuit, and hashbrown.  I also had chicken nachos for lunch.  I have to do better.  This weekend I going to buy foods for breakfast and lunch for next week.  Any suggestions...
