Nothing beats a failure but a try, yes I'm starting again. For the last couple of weeks, I've been extremely exhausted, I have been working overtime at work etc. I can tell my body need some attention. This week, I've been drinking a smoothy for breakfast, and eating lightly, along with drinking water. I did get on the scale this morning and I weigh 208 lbs. I was disappointed, but glad the number wasn't higher... I also bought zumba...So I am ready to get results... Now my co-workers are wanting to do smoothies in the morning.... I've been doing right at my desk at work.....see...
