MISSED GOAL
Unfortunately, I didn't reach my goal of 10 pounds in a month. However I am glad to say I did lose some weight. I am encouraged to continue on and maybe I can lose 10 lbs, by Thanksgiving :-). Current weight as of this morning 193.
