Slight set back

Okay!  I had a little distraction, I'm not sure what happened, but I have pain in my lower left abdomen and back area.  Yes, I've been playing doctor, and drinking cranberry juice to possibly address a bladder infection.  I haven't been doing too much of exercising since the pain started.  I did make myself walk this weekend.   I'm still determined to lose 10 pounds by 9/17.  I was given a menu by a personal trainer, and plan to do a meal makeover.  There isn't any pasta, rice, bread or potatoes on the menu.  I haven't decided to totally give up these items, however I will cut back on them.

  1. OH NO! You sound like today! I went to the doctor yesterday because I have a burning across my stocah and then at times there is a pain in my left side. The doctor was not much help but she did tell me I should take these shiny pills. I don't poop enough. I was trying not to become dependent on anything but I am starting to gain a LOT! I don't like this at all. I hope I get to feeling better soon or I am going to have a depressing video this week.

    OMG your hubby is awesome! He bought you cookies and cream and that is my fav too! I want some vanilla bean (so not like me) so that I can make a shake with some chia seeds and psyllium husks. I did it with milk and bananas and its pretty good but ice cream would be better lol! I know, that is bad. I am trying to knock out my sweet cravings at the same time. Its not easy. I never crave sweets like this. Since my tubes are tied, I won't worry about being preggers but I must admit . . . it makes me wonder. I cannot get enough to eat.

    Oh! I should do a video on my tons of weight loss books. I need to do a healthy recipe video. Nothing sounds too complicated and I really want a challenge. I am thinking of just doing chicken pot pies lol! Lord knows I have enough recipes lol! I just saw your email too. I shall be responding ASAP!

  2. Yeah, I've been looking for a video, I would love any quick recipes,but I know quick means prepackaged or full of fat foods. Eating an apple helped keep me regular, after a while I started liking them. Also, the coffee I have with my cream helps, but it's tons of fat. People look at me crazy when they see how much cream I use. I know I will lose a pound or 2 if I cut that out.

    I'm going to have to look up the psyllium husk, and chia seeds, I' not familiar with it. Oh yeah did you by chance get the deal at walgreens maybe 2 weeks ago for the 3 day diet starter, it had 2 portions to take for morning and evening,it was $10, an you got a $10 RR, anyway that stuff do clean you out to help prep your body before starting a diet. If you did the pm, you would definitely lose some pounds, and it's very mild and sudle.

    Pop pies not a bad idea, I know what you mean can't get enough to eat. I've been having to make a conscious effort not to throw something in my mouth, my favorite chips and any kind of dip, which is full of calories. Why can't we just be able to eat and be happy.. and not gain weight. Or why do I have to love the foods that are sooo not healthy.
    Glad you had since enought to go to the doctor, I'm on my 3rd half gallon of cranberry juice Lol, I will say the pain isn't as bad...
